THE LION KING (2017)
Scar
This is perhaps my favorite show that I've performed in so far. I portrayed the role of Scar, the main antagonist. I tried to play the character as accurately as possible, while also adding my own personal touch to the role. In addition to playing the role, I was also one of the lead prop designers. I helped to design the grass hats and the various animal headpieces. Overall, it was truly a show for the ages.
BEAUTY & THE BEAST (2019)
The Beast
My favorite lead role that I've ever played, it was my first show after graduating from the University of Minnesota. Having created my own character development method, I had the opportunity to test it out on this role. Being born with a mental illness (intermittent explosive disorder), I was able to channel that anger to make my performance all the more convincing. I'm eternally grateful to the director for taking a chance on me and casting me in this incredible production
THE LITTLE MERMAID (2019)
Sebastian
One of the most enjoyable musicals of my career, it was also the first show that I performed with that theatre company. Sebastian was the role that I always wanted to play. I've seldom worked with a more talented cast and crew. It's also one of the final shows that I performed in before the coronavirus pandemic forced me to put my theatrical career on hold for over a year. Thankfully, things are finally starting to return to normal.
